My participation in this tournament binds my assent that I agree to the following terms: The Kingston Renaissance Fair, the Queen’s Galley and all participating affiliates of the Hudson Valley Mayfaire are not to be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or other harm that may occur to my person or my belongings as part of this tournament. I further hereby attest that I am certified in the arts of fighting in a recognized body, and that I am in good health. I also acknowledge I will compete honorably and fairly. I understand that the judge of each bout is the sole authority on issues of armor safety, scoring and conduct. I promise to conduct myself with chivalry and good character. The tourney judge, representatives of the Kingston renaissance faire or The Hudson valley Mayfaire can at anytime request my removal from premises for violation of terms of conduct.
