 wordfighters,
swashbucklers, spear men, warriors, knights and  berserkers
will all be present to try their skill at arms against the greatest in
the land. However, unlike most other fairs, we do not use scripted actors,
we use real live fighters who are competing in a real tournament.
Three tournaments will entertain you for hours. In the Armored Heavy Fighting Tournament you will see fully armored swordsmen try to pound each other into submission. The Boffer Tournament features unarmoured  fighters
who rely on speed, agility and a larger assortment of weapons including
spears, staves, axes, swords and even more exotic weaponry. Third is a
living
chess match, real and unscripted.
The tournaments are not all, however. In between them the fighting arena will be open for duels, challenges and special events. You will be able to sit and watch people fight all day long if that be your wish. |
