he Order of the Roc is a modern chivalric group whose purpose is to teach chivalry and armed martial arts. The purpose of teaching chivalry is to give a strong moral code that will serve and guide throughout life in good times and especially in bad. The purposes of teaching the armed martial arts are to install self-confidence, build spirit and willpower, increase agility and support physical fitness.       We are associated with the Kingston Renaissance Fair.      The order of the Rock meets every Sunday at 6:00 PM at the Hodge Center on Franklin Street in Kingston and every Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Methodist Church on Clinton Ave. in Kingston. This program is open to adults and teens of the Kingston area. Anyone who wishes more information can email us or drop by one of our meetings to see what we are all about.
